General Terms and Conditions (abbreviated GTC) differ from individual agreements in that they are pre-formulated contractual provisions designed for use in multiple contracts, which one contracting party (the user) presents to the other party when concluding a contract (Section 305 (1) sentence 1 of the German Civil Code, BGB).
